I love talking as well as listening to people. This can happen in a context of dinners, pub visits, concerts, art exhibitions...But I also love to travel and discover. I try to be open minded and authentic.

I like to solve other ones' problems....but forget sometimes to deal with my own. Confident as well as sensitive. Rational but also emotional.

I experience it as a problem that people so often don't take account of other peoples' sensitivities. Individualism and egocentrism reign, also in relations. Think twice before you say or write something, please. On this site and in real life as well. We have to accept that "the others" are different from us and try to understand other human beings instead of always reasoning out of our own logic. Empathy seems a scarce good.

The arts in general and music in particular are important to me. Making hikes on the country side, the beach or in the mountains helps to create peace of mind as well. But I am a City person too. I can also stay at home the whole weekend with good books or movies. I am not very picky about the type of activities in my free time as long as I can share these with people I like/love.

I like women that are feminine, sensitive, kind hearted, friendly, open minded.

I am not in search of perfection, so please do not expect that from me either.

It is normal that some people on this site have had relational issues in the past. But please get over it before contacting me. Not all men are evil 😃

I am not necessarily in search of somebody that shares 95,7% of my hobbies or interests. Opposites even seem to attract, one says...

What I am doing with my life

Teaching and listening; trying to be empathetic; trying to help others with their endeavours and problems.

I try to take life and myself not too seriously. We are all little pieces of dust in that sheer endless Universe. "Keeping up the appearances" is nothing for me.
